Exchange & Returns

Because every LUNE piece is made to order especially for you, our exchange policy works a little differently from standard retail. Please read through before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Policy

As each piece is cut and stitched only after you order, we currently do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun. We'd rather you feel fully confident before ordering — message us with any sizing or styling questions first.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges in the case of:

• A genuine sizing issue, where the piece doesn't match the measurements you shared with us
• A manufacturing defect or damage on arrival

To request an exchange, message us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps.

What's Not Eligible

• Change of mind after production has started
• Custom colour orders (made specifically to your request)
• Items worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
